List of Foods that you not Know are Important for your Healh

To be healthy and strong our bodies needs a balance of different nutritiousfoods every day.
At every meal we shoult eat  something from each of these four foods group:



1.BODY-BUILDING FOODS OR PROTEINS;
protien are body-building foods.they are necessary for proper growth,for making healthy muscles,brains,and many other parts of our bodies to grow and be EVERYONE SHOULD IT EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN EVERY DAY.

FOODS HIGH IN PROTEIN are:   
1. Meat      
2. chicken  
3. Egg                                    
4. fish      
5. seafood
6. milk
7. cheese
8. soybeans
9. insect


FOODS WITH SOME PROTEIN:
1. Beans    
2. peas      
3. lentils  
4. nuts
5. groundnut[peanuts]
6. dark green leafy vegetables
7. cereals[wheat,oats,millet,etc.]




2.ENERGY STORAGE FOODS:FAT AND OILS;
fat is a concentrated form of stored energy.our body change fat into sugar when more energy is needed.to eat a lot of fat can be harmfull,but eating some fat or oil with each meal is health.


FOODS HIGH IN FAT:                                                  
cooking oil {vegetable oil is better than pig fat}                      
1.salad oil                                                                        
2.lard
3.bacon                                                                    
4.meat fat                                            
5.butter

1.Groundnuts{peanuts}
2.sesame
3.soybean
4.coconut
